The Life of Ms. Sheree (3.15.10)

Happy Monday! I hope you all are havinga great beginning of the week thus far. The weather is gorgeous here in Mpls, so my spirits have been high as of late. I’ll take sunshine over grey skies any day!

I hope your weekend was nice. Mine was fantastic! Great weather + great friends + a new pair of shoes can always brighten a girl’s life up. On Friday, I had a chance to do some shopping with mom and I found the cutest pair of Steve Madden heels that are perfect for both work and play. They are similar to these except the ruffles are not rosettes.

I know they’re more fall shoes, but they could work with the right spring outfit! This shopping trip was totally random by the way…I missed my original bus home so I took a different one that ended up with the last stop in front of a shopping center…I had to kill time while I waited for my ride, didn’t I?!

Saturday was pretty good…well excellent actually. I worked at the fabric store (which was insanely busy) and then rushed home to finish up some pieces for a Legacy performance that we had. can you believe the speakers cut out, so the cast had to do Thriller with out any music! Totally a dance acapella! It was all good though. They’re awesome so it went really well actually. saturday night was a blast. I went to a friend’s birthday party at the Minneapolis W Hotel, which has an awesome ambiance. It was tons of fun and the night ended late (7am) but quite memorable… Sunday was my chill day (as usual), I finished up the last of my responsibilites for Thebes and turned in my keys. Now I’m completely free to focus on Legacy and hopefully make myself some cute Spring outfits!

What did you do this weekend? I hope the weather is just as nice for you as it is here! Enjoy your week!
