Designer of the Day…Sika Designs

Designers that select beautiful cultural fabrics are always on my radar, so that’s why I wanted to feature Sika Designs. I am in love with this collection of dresses and tops that are created using beautiful fabrics from Ghana. The garments are made in Ghana by skilled seamstresses and tailors which allows the label to give back to the Ghanian community.

With collections titled “Wonderland”, “Fusion”, and “Spellbound” it’s no wonder this beautiful label has been raved about in magazines such as Vogue Japan and is worn by other amazing designers like Rachel Roy.

I love the vibrance of these pieces. Simply amazing!

  1. Hot hot hot! The designs have a strong 60’s vibe. The trench reminds me of Grace Adler’s outfit from one episode of Will & Grace.
