Artist of the Day…Kareem Rizk

Kareem Rizk is today’s artist of choice because I am so digging his amazing collage work. He mixes this amazing retro look into his acrylic and canvas pieces. He uses paints, paper, and acrylic transfers as his main mediums which leads to them being high textured and really colorful…in a muted pallet sort of way.

Rizk is an Australian native with a degree in graphic design. His works have appeared on everything from posters to apparel to some really kick-ass high tops. He’s also shown in solo and group exhibitions around the world…and for a good reason, obviously!

…Another artist in which I would love to own a piece of work by…simply awesome!
